As an aspiring artist, I work hard to develop my theatrical makeup pieces that speak both to me and to others about the beauty and talent that exists within the makeup industry. The artists that influence me the most are Stan Winston within the Theatrical side, and Jeffree Star as a beauty makeup artist. The reason Stan influences me the most is because of how evident and authentic his work is, I try to follow in his footsteps with these aspects. Jeffree on the other hand influences me by his radiant and incandescent colours. Part of my process before I begin to work, is to search on the internet for some inspiration, choose a few images and incorporate them together to come up with my own idea. I use a lot of eyeshadow in these processes, theatrical and beauty. I find you get more of the effect you intend to with eyeshadow. I rarely use face paint due to the lack of neatness.

So far on my journey, I have accomplished teaching myself how to do more intricate makeup styles leading onto having clients. Having clients has then lead my work to be noticed by other people and photographers, meaning more work and styles for me to try, more artists to research upon. In the future I plan to create more engaging and exotic pieces of work. I also plan to work with other artists and photographers to get more notice. I will progress further from this.
